Spokane Schools and the Spokane Public Library have partnered to provide all students a full access library card. Benefits include:
- Giving students easy access. Students will be able to use the array of databases, downloadable materials and online homework help services offered by Spokane Public Library without needing a physical card.
- Free of charge and without accrual of fines or fees, though fees will be assessed for damaged or lost books.
Thanks for a great year and to Ferris PTG for all their support!
Library procedures
Be sure to have a pass when you come to the library on your own. Student without a pass will be sent back to class.
No food is allowed in the library; however, covered drinks are allowed at tables and magazine sitting area. If you spill anything, you'll need clean it before leaving the library. There is a parking lot for you to leave any food you cannot have in the library.
Backpacks on shelves when you first arrive or left in class (teacher discretion).
If you have an overdue item, you will need to return it before you can check out more items. Regretfully, no books can be checked out if you have any fines.
